M***r I am extremely happy with the service provided by Lensmart. I have ordered many perscription glasses from this website and they have been excellent. I did experience an issue where they had sent the wrong frame and perscription, however they dealt with this issue immediately. They were prompt in replying to my messages and offered solutions to address the issue. They replaced my original order and was told to keep the glasses they had sent. Although the wrong glasses don't meet my needs I will donate them. They are an amazing company with GREAT customer service. Also their glasses are amazing.
